A good shop is not about having every tool. It is about the few that earn their spot on the wall.
Start with the bench. A flat, heavy surface that does not rack is the foundation everything else references; skimp here and every cut fights you. Add a vise, good light, and a way to keep the floor clear before you buy another gadget.
Then build outward slowly, one quality tool at a time, chosen for the work you actually do. A wall of bargain tools you never reach for is clutter; five you trust completely is a shop.
