A tool that only lasts one owner was never really built well. We design for the hand that inherits it.
Cheap tools are a subscription you pay in frustration: the handle splits, the edge rolls, and you buy it again. We would rather sell you one wrench, one chisel, one plane that outlives the project and gets handed down with a story attached.
That means forged steel over cast, hardwood over plastic, and fasteners you can actually service. It costs more up front and less over a lifetime, which is the only math that has ever made sense in a workshop.
