Can anyone help bring this old chair back to life?

A wooden kitchen chair has a loose back rung. The wood itself looks sound. I can bring it to the repair café for someone to look over before I attempt anything.

Bring it along. We can check whether the joint needs cleaning and regluing before choosing a clamp.
